3. Walk, walk and walk: Walking is one of the simplest and easiest forms of exercise that you can do while you are on vacation. Whether you are hopping from one monument to other, or you are shopping souvenirs for family and friends, make sure you make every step count by walking and skipping the elevator. Walking may not be a high-intensity workout but it will keep your legs moving.

4. Carry your mini gym with you: Well, nobody is asking you to carry dumbells in your luggage. But something as simple as a skipping rope can help you burn calories while strengthening your legs, butt, shoulders, and arms.
